WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO
A Time To Change Counseling Center, P.A. is a locally owned practice servicing both Leon and Wakulla Counties. We care about the people of our community because you are our neighbors. We are dedicated to providing quality, professional, and confidential care for all ages to the communities of Leon and Wakulla Counties. We provide a wide range of services in a confidential, caring, and safe environment. We also specialize in offering EMDR therapy to our clients, and 90% of our clinicians are trained or certified in EMDR! All our professionals are licensed with the State of Florida, and we have over 50 cumulative years of experience working in this field.
UPDATES
December 9, 2022- We are so excited to announce that we will be providing EMDR training for all of our clinicians in the first of the year! It is our priority to offer the best care to our patients and to equip our clinicians with the best tools to provide this level of care. We have seen first-hand how effective EMDR is for our patients and we are looking forward to being able to increase the availability of these services shortly!

June 14, 2022- It has been brought to our attention that Apple Maps lists our Tallahassee location as being off of Paul Russell. This is not accurate; please note that our correct address is 1363 East Lafayette Street in Tallahassee.
February 22, 2021- We are excited to announce that our telehealth services will now be offered through the Patient Portal, which many of our clients are already familiar with! Please look to your email for full instructions. The link for our Patient Portal is below:

July 29, 2020- A Time To Change Counseling Center, P.A. is moving our Tallahassee location! Beginning August 1, 2020, our sole Tallahassee location can be found at 1363 East Lafayette Street, Tallahassee, FL 32301.
May 21, 2020- We are happy to announce that A Time To Change Counseling Center, P.A. will begin our transition back to face-to-face services beginning June 1, 2020. Please go to our Facebook page for the full announcement.
March 20, 2020- A Time To Change Counseling Center, P.A. is excited to now offer telehealth counseling sessions for all patients, including individual, family, and group therapy, in order to help us all stay safe and protect our mental health.
